Dr. Tracy holds a BS in Health Services Administration and an MBA from The University of South Dakota, and a PhD in Decision Sciences from Washington State University.
Dr. Tracy currently teaches undergraduate and graduate courses in production/operations management, lean management, and quantitative analysis.
Dr. Tracy's research interests include data envelopment analysis, applied optimization, lean management, and pedagogical design/development.
