Istvan Gombocz

Born in Hungary, I received my university education at the Lorand Eotvoes University of Budapest and at the Humboldt University in Berlin. I immigrated to the United States in 1985. After receiving my Ph.D. at the U of Illinois, I held a temporary position at the U of Minnesota at the Twin Cities. I was hired at USD in 1989.
