South Dakota Supreme Court to Listen to Oral Arguments at USD Knudson School of Law Oct. 4-5
The South Dakota Supreme Court will listen to oral arguments for four cases over two days in the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law Courtroom Oct. 4-5.
The court will also conference its non-oral calendar at the law school on Tuesday, Oct. 3.

The event is free and open to the public. Attendees are not permitted to enter or leave the courtroom during a hearing. Hearings are 45 minutes each beginning at 9 a.m., 9:45 a.m., 10:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m. both days; attendees should plan to arrive early and be present through the extent of the hearing.
The South Dakota Supreme Court employs security methods to ensure the safety and well-being of all who attend. Attendees will be asked to walk through a metal detector and have any bags checked upon entrance to the law school.
