U.S. News and World Report recognized the School of Education’s programs, including its high-quality graduate programs in educational administration, adult and higher education, counseling, school psychology, human development and educational psychology, kinesiology and sport management, and curriculum and instruction.

“Our faculty and staff at the School of Education are committed to providing the highest quality education,” said School of Education Dean Amy Schweinle, Ph.D. “We are student-focused, balancing current theory with real-world experience and individual attention.”

Graduate programs in education can prepare students for leadership roles in colleges, universities, K-12 schools and nonprofits. To assist in the search for the best-fit program, U.S. News evaluated education schools on research activity, academic excellence of entering students, faculty resources and opinions on program quality from education school deans and school hiring professionals.

Earlier this year, the School of Education’s online master’s programs were ranked No. 58 in the U.S. News & World Report’s “Best Online Master’s in Education Programs” list.
