I am a full-time Instructor in the Kinesiology and Sport Management division. I have my MA in Health, PE, and Recreation, with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Before my teaching position, I worked in collegiate wellness/fitness/sport for 24 years. I served as the Associate Director of the Wellness Center, where I intensively engaged in the sport management and exercise science fields. While in that role, I was also an adjunct instructor. I thoroughly enjoy teaching and working with students to achieve their goals, build foundational knowledge, gain in their professional growth, and network for success.
