Before joining USD in 2020, Zachary Tschetter worked at Bedford Industries where he designed and coded a real-time system for statistical process control of continuous manufacturing. He also owned and operated Tschetter Research, a private firm specializing in advanced statistical analysis and analytics. There he designed and coded the system for automating the processing of approximately 1.1 million patient satisfaction surveys, including accompanying reporting systems for VAMC Senior Leadership. He completed his M.S. (Computer Science) from the University of South Dakota in 2016 and BS (Mathematics and Computer Science) from the University of Sioux Falls in 2011.
