This free, five-week course will equip teams with the necessary skills to effectively design products and services that offer tangible benefits to customers. Teams will gain insights that can be used to develop a focused commercialization plan that facilitates the transition of technology from the lab to the marketplace.

The course uses structured lectures and proven practices to help teams engage more meaningfully with customers, including strategies to improve communication within the customer ecosystem. Teams will also learn how to accurately represent the customer’s voice, which will provide investors and partners with an unbiased perspective on the strategies used for commercialization.

Greg Bertsch, Ph.D., assistant professor of innovation and entrepreneurship in the USD Beacom School of Business, will lead the discussions.

Participants can virtually attend via Zoom.

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, May 21. Questions can be directed to Kirby Fuglsby at [email protected].
