USD BFA Exhibition Headspace on Display May 3-7
A closing reception is to be held May 7 from 5-7 p.m.
“Headspace” will present a combination of pieces that the featured artists have worked on throughout the spring semester.
This show features graphic designers, Dusterhoft, Geres, and Pal, and painter, Seier.
Dusterhoft’s work is intended to give Coyote graphics a space to be appreciated as fine art by displaying them in a traditional gallery setting. Geres will present a magazine he created in his publication class this semester. Pal’s work will vary between graphic design, paintings and mixed media-based works. Seier will present a body of work that speaks on the liberation of expression and the approach of an artist and provides a lens to see that painting is a highly emotive form of self-expression.
The exhibition is open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. For more information about the exhibit, please contact Amy Fill, University Art Galleries Director, at 605-658-3437 or [email protected].
