Bismarck, North Dakota-based Dakota TESL provides support, advocacy and professional development opportunities for people who work with ESL students or English language learners, including limited English proficient immigrant and refugee students, migrant students, Hutterite colony students and Native American students who have a heritage language in their background.

Kindle's teaching interests include English language learners, language arts and literacy. She has an Ed.D. (doctor of education) in curriculum and instruction / literacy and language arts from the University of Houston, a master of education from the University of Houston-Victoria and a bachelor of music degree from Baldwin-Wallace College.
