USD Law Alum Named Top 25 Women in Business by Prairie Business Magazine
University of South Dakota School of Law alumna Brooke Swier Schloss '10 has been honored as one of the top 25 women in business by Prairie Business Magazine.
Swier Schloss joined the Swier Law Firm in 2010, helping it become one of the fasting growing firms in the northern plains. An author of several books on family practice, she leads the firm’s family practice group and serves on its “Future Leaders” scholarship committee.
Swier Schloss earned her bachelor’s degree from Mount Marty College in Yankton, South Dakota. At USD Law, she served as an editor on the South Dakota Law Review. She also holds an education specialist degree in school psychology from USD and worked as a certified school psychologist prior to pursuing a legal career.
