USD Sport Management Students to Attend Conference in South Carolina
“The conference brings together sport and entertainment industry leaders, students and those teaching future leaders to discuss and analyze the sport, entertainment and venues industry of tomorrow,” said Robin Ammon, chair of the kinesiology and sport management division.
Students participating include Mike Bartos, Khorey Kilgore, Ravan Kott, Craig Monahan, Robel Tewelde and Philip Wells. The students will prepare oral arguments on a case study to be judged by academic and industry experts.
“Our majors are committed to increasing their knowledge and experiences associated with Sport Management and are excited to represent the University of South Dakota. While academics are definitely our student’s top priority, outside university experiences provide richly rewarding leadership opportunities,” said Ammon.
