USD Spring Choral Showcase this Weekend
The University of South Dakota Department of Music invites the public to attend its Spring Choral Showcase this Sunday, Feb. 25 at 3 p.m. in Slagle Hall’s Aalfs Auditorium.
The concert will feature the Men and Women’s Chorus, the Concert Choir, and the Chamber Singers under the direction of David Holdhusen, Ph.D., and Timothy Campbell, D.M.A.
The choirs will perform music by master composers like Tallis, modern repertoire by the likes of Stroope and Paulus, as well as spirituals and folk songs.
The event is open to the public and is free of charge.
