The event, called YoteFest, will give students a chance to explore the new building, enjoy free food and drink, play games and win thousands of dollars in prizes. The doors open for all students at 7 p.m.

Also this weekend, fans will get the first chance to attend soccer games at the new First Bank and Trust Soccer Complex. The Coyotes play Idaho at 4 p.m. on Friday, and USD meets North Dakota at noon on Sunday.

The SCSC celebration continues with a community open house on Tuesday, Aug. 30, when the first volleyball game will be played in the new arena. Doors open at 6 p.m. with $1 tickets and free T-shirts for community members. Everyone will be able to tour the new building, and then watch the Coyotes take on North Dakota in volleyball starting at 7 p.m.
