USD to Host Dakota Dreams Camp June 18-22
The Dakota Dreams Camp is designed to give incoming 7th and 8th grade students the opportunity to explore career paths through engaging activities and tours of area businesses and industries. The camp promotes a further understanding of students’ personal career interests and shows how education connects to these professions.
Through hands-on learning, students will be exposed to 11 different career paths, including legal practice & law enforcement, graphic design & digital marketing, arts in health, teacher education, supply chain, speech language pathology & audiology, computer science, health science & medicine, media design, accounting, medical assistant and nursing.
