USD to Host On-Campus COVID-19 Vaccine Clinics Aug 23-27
The dates with corresponding vaccine clinic locations and times are listed below.
- Monday, Aug. 23: Muenster University Center (MUC), 12-2 p.m.
- Wednesday, Aug. 25: MUC, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 26: Lee Medical Building, 2-4 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 27: Beacom School of Business, 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
“COVID-19 vaccines are safe and effective, and they help us protect ourselves and others around us from getting seriously ill,” said Kevin O’Kelley, assistant vice president of research compliance and the head of USD’s COVID-19 Case Management Team. “Having vaccine clinics on campus is incredibly convenient for USD’s community.”
USD will also offer free COVID-19 rapid antigen and saliva tests in the MUC, Monday-Friday, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. throughout the semester.
The South Dakota Department of Health encourages all persons 12 years and older to get vaccinated.
