South Dakota Law Review Volume 70’s Symposium will cover the state legislative process. As lawyers, we are called upon to interpret and enforce the language created during the legislative process. With South Dakota’s 100th Legislative Session approaching, the South Dakota Law Review is seeking to educate on this unique topic with the help of diverse viewpoints on the subject matter.
The Symposium will take place September 26-27, 2024. For questions, please contact the Symposium Editor, Vincent Tarallo, at [email protected]. Stay tuned for more updates.
