You can get that out-of-state college experience you're looking for with an in-state price you can afford, thanks to the South Dakota Advantage tuition program. With the competitive tuition prices of USD, the SD Advantage tuition program could save you thousands on your undergraduate education at USD! Through SD Advantage, residents of Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming are offered the same reduced tuition rate as South Dakota residents.
If you are considering a graduate degree, graduated from a South Dakota Board of Regents institution and reside in one of the SD Advantage states, you may similarly qualify for the resident tuition rate for an on-campus graduate program at USD (program exceptions: medicine, law, occupational therapy, physical therapy and physician assistant studies).

USD offers competitive tuition rates, regardless of residency. If you are from South Dakota or a neighboring state, your education may be even more affordable. USD extends in-state tuition to Colorado, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Wisconsin and Wyoming residents.
