USD Beacom School of Business Online MBA Ranked No 16 by The Princeton Review
“Our rigorous curriculum and engaged faculty coupled with our affordable tuition and AACSB accreditation truly set our program apart,” said Venky Venkatachalam, Ph.D., dean of the Beacom School of Business. “It is the hard work and dedication of our faculty, staff, students and alumni that have earned us this recognition, year after year. We are proud to be ranked among some of the most well-known business programs in the world.”
Over the last decade, the Beacom School of Business has made a strategic investment in their online MBA program, Venkatachalam noted. The online MBA offers five unique specializations, which allow students to customize the program to fit their goals. In addition, online students have many opportunities to strengthen their connection with the school. The program includes a one-week, on-campus residency, that allows students to connect with their peers, faculty and staff. In addition, online MBA students are encouraged to participate in career and networking events, an international immersion program and a collaborative business consulting project which pairs graduate and undergraduate students with a faculty advisor and business client.
The Princeton Review chose the top 50 online MBA programs and tallied its ranking list based on data from the company's 2013–2020 surveys of administrators and students at more than 125 business schools offering online MBAs. The criteria focused on five core areas: academics, selectivity, faculty, technical platforms, and career outcomes.
“Congratulations to the Beacom School of Business for continually being recognized as a leading business school in the state and in the nation,” said USD President Sheila K. Gestring. “The Princeton Review ranking demonstrates USD’s commitment to providing students with accredited academic programs that are flexible and affordable.”
