Comments, Concerns and Complaints form

The University Police Department wants to hear from you. Please use the following form to share a comment, or report a concern or complaint.

We will review your submission within two working days. We strive to address all comments/concerns/complaints within 30 days of submission, though some policies and procedures may require an extension of that time frame.

The University Police Department, Vermillion Police Department and USD Title IX are not confidential reporting resources. If you wish to seek supportive resources and not file an official report, please visit the USD ICare website for confidential resources.
