Overview

Located in the heart of South Dakota’s largest city, the Sioux Falls campus resides on the campus of Sanford Health and Sanford USD Medical Center in the Health Science Center. Conveniently located at the junction of I-29 and I-90, on the banks of the Big Sioux River, Sioux Falls is within a day's drive of most major Midwestern cities including Fargo, Kansas City, Omaha and Minneapolis/St. Paul.

The Sioux Falls campus houses medical school administration, clinical departments, Graduate Medical Education, Center for Disabilities, the Parry Center for Clinical Skills and Simulation, and is home to Wegner Health Sciences Library, the state’s premier medical library.
